Here's how it works!
16 oz Mason Jar Only
for $13.00 for a TEXAS SALES TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATION or $13.50 for a non Texas Sales Tax exempt organization.
profits $5.00 per candle.
1. Your organization sells the candles for 3 weeks. Their are 20 scents available on each list.
2. Each person gets a menu which will list the scents, scent description and prices along
with a sign up sheet.
3. They will collect the money at the time of the sale. All checks made payable to your
organization.
4. All 20 scents can be on display at request and for a deposit, be sure to tell us if you want them.
5. At the end of the sale all orders should be counted to make sure the correct amount of
money was collected.
6. Your organization takes $5.00 per candle of money collected (not including taxes if
applicable) and writes ONE check only or money order to The Candle Cafe for the remainder.
7. You turn in all order forms along with the check on the agreed upon date.
8. Candles will be ready for pick up within 1 to 2 weeks or later depending on size of the fundraiser and
agreed upon date. We try to be ahead of schedule but some months are busier than others,
so we like to leave ourselves enough time to fill your order correctly.
9. Each person gets a copy of their original order form and delivers their candles.
When the order is picked up each box will be labeled with each person's name and how many other
boxes or a sack to look for.

Wholesale
We do offer wholesale pricing to those with a valid store front. We require a resale sales tax id on ALL wholesale accounts. Some areas may be protected. We believe in keeping
our product a treasure. You will not find it everywhere.
